Valeria Kirkland, or Valeria Mary-Anne Henrietta Maria Kirkland, is a fanmade character for Axis Powers Hetalia. She is the representative of London and is England's little sister. Someone made an ask account for her here
Appearance[]
Valeria has green eyes and blond hair just like her brother, the United Kingdoms. She has fair skin, and she wears many different styled clothes (she may be referred to as one of the fashion capitols), but she is mostly seen wearing a Victorian styled dress with a flower patterned skirt and black high heels decorated with ribbons. She is commonly seen wearing her hair in a different style (sometimes using wigs or extension). Her military uniform has a green shirt identical to England's, but with a green skirt and black stockings, although she never wears it, and wears the English nurse uniform (similar to the Nyotalia version of England)instead.
Personality[]
Valeria is a cheerful, easy-going girl who loves to joke around. She is very high-spirited and doesn't care about what people around her think of her. Aside from that, she is a somewhat yandere character who also does magic, even though she is clearly better than England since some of her curses are unremove-able. Even so, England can still remove her curses easily, since she allows him to. Aside her yandere character, she is an overall ordinary girl who gets jealous, shy, angry, happy, etc. She is also notable since she has strength in arts, commerce, education, entertainment, fashion, finance, healthcare, media, professional services, research and development, tourism and transport, all contributing to her prominence. She has the world's leading financial centre alongside New York's.
When the punk movement in England began, her personality began to change to more open towards other people. In this era, she changed her personality a lot since she is oftenly seen around pub as a singer (sometimes dancer) and she form a more easy-going personality even though she claims that she used to be a very elegant lady who could do anything even though she couldnt cook very well. She also has a high pride/vanity and sometimes refused to scream even when she needed too. She treats people overally the same even though it sometimes make the situation worst since she confused them (about who she loved more, etc) since she is gradually popular with all types of people. She has a though time in taking decisions since she always calculated the possibilty first. She is also somewhat a diplomatic, urbane girl. Somewhat romantic and charming, sociable, idealistic and peaceable even though she is indecisive, and changeable. Gullible, easily-influenced, flirtatious and self-indulgent.
Interests[]
She holds a fair amount of interests in fairy tales, myth, and opera and oftenly watch them a lot. She also holds a lot interest in fashion and shops a whole lot amount of beauty, fashion, and accessories since she cares about her appearance very much and visits other fashion Capitol and bought many clothes from them. She also love literature, novels and stories since she read a fair amount of books everyday. She also tries to write books about her romance even though she hides it under her bed. An author's note also states that her other interest consist of embroidery, poetry, classical things and craftsmenship.

United Kingdom (Arthur Kirkland)[]
The two share a mutual love for each other, and they both love each other as much as they love they're own country, however due to the 'siblings' relationship they feel awkward toward each other. The love relationship between them could be considered as "Forbidden Love" and even though they are secretly in a relationship. They're stubborn and tsundere nature always gave it away. Aside from the relationship they share, Valeria loves to annoy him by whispering things such as "Big Ben is standing proud and tall in London~" which sometimes makes him blush.
United States of America (Alfred F. Jones)[]
Valeria acts as a mother-figure for Alfred. She helps England to take care of him when he was still a baby. Valeria oftenly sings lullaby. When Alfred grows up and leave Arthur, she went to comfort both countries trying to make them "love" each other again. She is oftenly seen walking with him around New York to find some cute clothes for her. Alfred often blush whenever she glomps him and talks to him even though his feelings toward her are unknown.
