Teresa Quispe Carriedo is a fan-made character for Hetalia: Axis Powers. She personifies the Republic of Peru (Spanish: la República del Perú).

Peru has dark brown hair a bit past her shoulders and amber eyes. She always wears a hair ribbon with the colors of her flag - red, white, and red. Her skin is tannish, about the same color as Spain's. She has a few small scars - one on her cheek, one above her nose, and one on her forehead.
Her usual outfit is her military uniform. It consists of a brown short-sleeve military jacket, matching capris, a black belt and black boots. She also tends to keep bandages with her, wrapping them around her arms like gauze.
