Amsterdam (アムステルダム, Amusuterudamu) is a fanmade character for the anime and manga series Hetalia: Axis Powers. He represents the capital city of Netherlands. He received the human name, Will Fredericks (ウィルフレデリックス, U~irufurederikkusu). He is the cousin to City of Brussels, and Luxembourg City.

Amsterdam has somewhat short pale blonde hair that sticks out in some places, and eyes that are green-blue, or turquoise. He is 170 cm, or 5'7, and on the muscular side. He has a small cut on his shoulder blade. He wears a blue shirt with gold buttons and the cuffs are a dark red with gold lining. He wears white gloves and has light navy blue pants, along with brown boots.
